ESP Wins Contract to Provide a VID Host with Lane Equipment, Software, Training and Support to the City of Memphis, Tennessee
The City of Memphis, Tennessee, Motor Vehicle Inspection Bureau has awarded ESP a contract to provide lane equipment, software services, training and support for the City's three (3) inspection Stations, three (3) Mobile test facilities, and to equip a fourth inspection Station that will be built in the near future. In addition, the City has also awarded ESP the contract to provide a new VID for their Inspection Program.
After a very competitive bidding process ESP was successful in being awarded this very important contract. "This effort was a difficult undertaking given short response time and limited proposal resources due to the simultaneous Maryland proposal efforts. Despite those difficulties the team pulled together putting in long hours without complaint to put us in a position to win. Special thanks and appreciation to Steve Kircher, who was the project's champion, capture manager and strategist. Without Steve we would likely not have bid the project, let alone win it," said Larry Hurwitz, Sr. Vice President.
"With this win in Memphis ESP has demonstrated that we can deliver a high quality proposal at a very competitive price while positioning ourselves for the future," said Mark San Fratello, ESP President and CEO. "ESP is proud to expand our footprint in the great State of Tennessee," he continued. ESP has programs in Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga.
