Automated I/M vehicle fitness testing lanes:
Fully automated vehicle emissions and safety test lanes for all categories of vehicles from three wheel auto rickshaws to buses and trucks. UniScan gas analyzer & smoke meter: Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) approved combined or standalone gas analyzer & smoke meter.
UniScan gas analyzer complies with worldwide standards like BAR97, ISO3930 OIML R99 and CMVR 115/116.
UniScan smoke meter complies with worldwide standards like SAEJ1667, ECE R24 and CMVR 115/116.
Remote Sensing Device:
To capture vehicle emissions and vehicle plate while in motion (without stopping the vehicle). All categories including two, three and four wheel vehicles' emissions get captured in fraction of a second.
Loaded mode mass emissions setup:
Cost effective and accurate mass emissions measurements using chassis dynamometer and ESP technology.
All the above products have been certified by government of India authorized test agency and are in use by ESP clients in India.
ESP - A Technology Partner
ESP, with its vast experience and technical expertise, partners with governments to design, supply technology and operate vehicle fitness (safety & emissions) testing programs.
ESP designed and executed the first automated fitness testing station in India for all commercial vehicles including three wheel auto rickshaws for the Transport Department, Govt. of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. The two-lane test center was inaugurated on July 1, 2005 by the Honorable Chief Minister & Honorable Transport Minister of Delhi at Burari, Delhi.
ESP India has designed and developed the software for the nationwide Sri Lanka Vehicle Emissions Testing (SLVET) Program. In addition to deploying test equipment for fixed and mobile test stations, the software for fee collection, test equipment, test stations and networking for test stations was developed by ESP.
The test equipment, customized software and excellent local support have been assisting leading automobile manufacturers of India to continuously monitor the production quality since 2006.
